WHY THIS IS HAPPENING IN INDIA ???

1)80 % of the doctors + 75 % diplomats serves only about 30 % of the population (because of India’s large population) – KPMG report
2)Public health spending is not enough
3)Governace deficit : corruptin and nepotism in Medical Council of India(MCI) etc
